Awards will be presented
to the top three male & female overall runners plus the top 3 runners in the following age groups for
men & women: 18 and under; 19-24;
25-29; 30-34; 35-39;
40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60 + OVER. Walkers:
Top 3 Males; Top 3 Females. Fun Run- 12 and under 1st
Boy; 1st Girl; Youngest runner.
Special Note: Walkers
will start the same time as runners. We
ask that walkers remain at the back of the running
pack for the start.

I know that participating in a
road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I hereby affirm that I am
medically able, capable and have properly trained to participate. My participation is voluntarily done. I know that there may be hazards on the
course, including but not limited to car traffic, natural obstacles, uneven
terrain/pavement/trails, domestic and wild animals. I assume any and all risks associated with
running/walking, attending and traveling to/from this race including but not
limited to falls, contact w/ other participants or cars, the conditions of the
road and trails, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Knowing these facts, and in consideration for
your accepting this entry fee/form, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors,
administrators or anyone else who might have claim on my behalf, covenant not to
sue and waive, release and discharge all rights and claims for damage I may
have against the Borough of Lehighton, Allentown Diocese, SS Peter & Paul
Parish/School, the race committee, volunteers, any and all sponsors, as well as
the foregoing parties’ subcontractors, volunteers, agents, employees, officers,
directors, assigns, or anyone acting on their behalf, or anyone else associated
in any way with the race, from any and all claims or liability for death,
personal injury and property damage of any kind whatsoever arising out of, or
in the course of my participation in this event. I also give my permission for the free use of
my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or print media account of this
